Apprentice Reminder

Work reports are due the end of each month and must completed, signed and returned to school the first of the following month. Blank forms can be downloaded using the link to right. 

Apprentice Evaluation Forms

During the five year program, the apprentice is evaluated by the journeymen wiremen/foreman they work with on the job to determine how they are progressing in learning the skills needed to become a qualified journeymen wireman. When the apprentice is not receiving or lacking in a necessary skill, these reports will help make the apprentice committee aware that adjustments to the apprentice’s training and work environment are needed to be made.
