                                The Southeast Iowa Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee is a combined venture between IBEW Local 13 and the NECA Contractors Association of Southeast Iowa that is dedicated to providing their customers with the most highly skilled electricians available.
 
For over fifty years, the Southeast Iowa JATC has offered an electrical apprenticeship program, along with journeyman wiremen training classes, that has kept the workforce up to date with all the latest technologies. Today, these programs are among the best in the country with its national curriculum and modern classroom and lab facilities.
 
The IBEW and NECA contractors have always strived to give the consumer the highest quality electrical installation possible. With the skilled labor pool it produces, the Southeast Iowa JATC has been an important component in fullfilling this commitment.

Some of the program benefits you will receive include:

  • School and Book Fees paid by the program
  • Scheduled Pay Raises during the program
