Monthly Work Reports

 

Please remember, during the five year program, all apprentices are required to fill out and submit a work report each month to the apprenticeship committee that details the types work of performed on the job during the month. This allows the committee to monitor the training the apprentice is receiving on the job and make adjustments in areas needed. This form needs to be signed by foreman or journeyman wireman the apprentice is working with each month and turned in to the committee the first of the following month.

 State of Iowa Apprentice Electrician Licenses

 

The State of Iowa requires all persons in Iowa working as an apprentice in the electrical trade to have an Apprentice Electrician License. It is the responsibility of each apprentice to maintain this license throughout his apprenticeship. To apply, download the application below and provide the information requested,  When completed, send the form along with the proper license fees to the address listed on the application forms.
